Failure to cooperate or make payments may delay or terminate your project.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are determined per project and will be specified in the invoice or proposal shared with you. Unless otherwise stated:

A deposit may be required before starting work
Remaining balances are due upon project milestones or completion
Late payments may incur a penalty or delay in service delivery

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

The client retains rights to their existing content and materials
Bitslab Technologies retains ownership of any original tools, code, or frameworks used internally
Upon full payment, we grant the client rights to use the completed project as agreed in the contract

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Revisions and Changes

We provide revisions as outlined in the project scope. Additional changes beyond agreed scope may incur extra charges. We will always inform you in advance before billing for extra work.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other breaches any material term of these Terms.

On termination:

The client is responsible for payment of completed work
Any outstanding balances must be cleared before transfer of deliverables

8. Limitation of Liability

Bitslab Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use or integrate third-party tools or platforms (e.g. hosting, payment gateways, APIs). We are not responsible for their reliability, availability, or data handling practices. Please review their terms before use.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
